Center for Coastal Studies (CCS) is sponsoring the virtual film festival, entitled ‘Sea Change Film Shorts’, and the films will be available to stream FREE online anytime starting November 15 and running until November 23.
Hosted by NPR/WBUR’s Barbara Moran, this hour long special will feature three short documentaries: the award-winning Spinnaker, which chronicles the life of a New England humpback whale, and two shorts about the devastating effects of microplastics on our oceans and ourselves. Barbara will lead Coastal Studies scientists in lively discussions throughout the show.

Registration for this free event is now open. By registering, you’ll be able to watch the Film Shorts online anytime during its one-week run, and you’ll also be granted access to ‘Sea Chest 2020’, a collection of topical short films curated by the CCS staff.
