Climate Courage, a group from 350 Mass Action, is organizing a street theater protest on Wednesday, July 31 at 12 pm (rain date August 1) at the newest branch of Chase Bank (776 Beacon St., Newton Centre). This is part of a national campaign to tell Chase to quit funding fossil fuel projects. Chase has invested $196 billion in fossil fuel infrastructure since 2016, and is the largest bank supporting fossil fuel use in the country. This will be a peaceful protest. Wear a straw hat if you have one. Signs will be available.
