The Newton Community Farm seeks a Director of Education (DoE) to manage all aspects of Youth, Family, and Adult Education and Engagement.  The DoE will develop and implement innovative curricula and programming to engage people of all ages in our community, oversee Education staff and volunteers, and manage the marketing, communications, and budget for our Education program.  This is a full-time, year-round, salaried/exempt position.

A successful DoE will be an engaging, energetic individual with successful teaching experience in either an educational or camp setting, and a management background.   The DoE must be an enthusiastic self-starter who is passionate about the opportunities for growth in our programs.  The DoE will love environmental education, and enjoy working collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and the community at large.
