VIRTUAL Home Energy Assessment Campaign

Initiative:

If you haven’t had a Home Energy Assessment within the past two years, you can take advantage of the great incentives and savings. Green Newton’s partner Homeworks Energy is now offering VIRTUAL home energy assessments at no-cost and includes:

  • Shipping of available savings measures (LED bulbs, smart power strips, programmable thermostats etc.) at no cost to you.
  • 0% loan program for financing HVAC and energy efficiency measures.
  • 100% off the cost of approved insulation upgrades and no-cost air sealing for a limited time

During an assessment, the heating and cooling systems are evaluated for efficiency and safety, and exterior walls are checked to determine if any areas need insulation. Also, energy saving products may be installed at no-cost to you. The cost is built into our utility bills.

To schedule an assessment or follow-up after your assessment with recommended insulation or air sealing upgrades, please call our partner, Homeworks, at 781-305-3319 or click HERE and mention Green Newton.
