Green Newton joined other volunteers on Sunday, April 29 to celebrate a day of service for Newton. Students for a Greener World(SGW) collected 150 pairs of used sneakers for repurposing and recycling, and Newton Energy $avers scooped ice cream at City Hall to thank all those who signed up and carried out home energy audits and upgrades.
